DECO Barrel

The DECO Barrel is a component of our Cable Shelving Systems 2000-1, 2000-4 and 2000-5. Their design also makes them ideal for supporting signage. DECO barrels are available in electroless nickel, anodized red, blue, black and clear finishes.

The DECO Barrel Adjuster is a component of our Cable Shelving Systems 2000-1, 2000-3 and 2000-5. They are also ideal for supporting signage and window treatments. DECO barrel adjusters are available in electroless nickel, anodized red, blue, black and clear finishes.

DECO Barrel Eye

The DECO Barrel Eye is a component of our Cable Shelving Systems 2000-2, 2000-3 and 2000-4. They can also be used for various other decorative applications. DECO barrel eyes are available in electroless nickel, anodized red, blue, black and clear finishes.

DECO Wall Spreader

The DECO Wall Spreader is a component of our Cable Shelving Systems 2000-2, 2000-3, 2000-4 and 2000-5. They are designed to work with 8" and 10" wide shelving. DECO wall spreaders are available in electroless nickel, anodized red, blue, black and clear finishes.

Single Shelf Gripper

The Single Shelf Gripper is designed to support shelving for our shelving systems 2000-1, 2000-2, 2000-3, 2000-4 and 2000-5. They are adjustable to allow the shelves to be moved into any position. Single shelf grippers are available in electroless nickel, anodized red, blue, black and clear finishes.

Double Shelf Gripper

The Double Shelf Gripper is designed to support two shelves for our shelving system 2000-2 double unit. Double shelf grippers are available in electroless nickel, anodized red, blue, black and clear finishes.

Cable Collar

The Cable Collar is an adjustable collar designed to support shelving for our shelving systems 2000-1, 2000-2, 2000-3, 2000-4 and 2000-5. Cable collars are available in electroless nickel, anodized red, blue, black and clear finishes.

Split Cable Collar

The Split Cable Collar is an adjustable collar designed support shelving for our shelving systems 2000-1, 2000-2, 2000-3, 2000-4 and 2000-5.

Shelf Cone

The Shelf Cone is designed to support shelving for our shelving systems 2000-1, 2000-2, 2000-3, 2000-4 and 2000-5. Shelf cones are available in electroless nickel, anodized red, blue, black and clear finishes.

Sliding Cable Standoff

The Sliding Cable Standoff is designed to support signage up to 1/4" thick. A single set screw allows the fitting to slide along the cable to the desired location.

Cable Cross Clamp

The Cable Cross Clamp is a component of our Trellis System 2000-60. It is also useful for decorative applications that require cables to be clamped together at 90 degree angles.

Cone Adjuster with Eye

The Cone Adjuster with Eye is a component of our Trellis System 2000-60. It is also useful for decorative applications that require a cable to articulate from a fixed point. It can be fastened to concrete or drywall or thru bolted.

Cone Adjuster with Fork

The Cone Adjuster with Fork is a component of our Trellis System 2000-60. It is functionally the same as our Cone Adjuster with Eye, but offers a different look through the use of a fork rather than an eye.

Ball Nut

The Ball Nut is a decorative termination for threaded studs.

Dome Nut

The Dome Nut is a decorative termination for threaded studs. They are available in a variety of sizes.

Hex & Jam Nuts

Hex & Jam Nuts are used for tensioning cable and tie bar assemblies as well as for securing turnbuckles. They are available in both left hand and right hand thread in a variety of sizes.

Barrel Nut

The Barrel Nut is used for tensioning cable and tie bar assemblies. It has 1" of adjustment inside the barrel.

Round Nut

The Round Nut is designed to use with threaded studs. It has a low profile and no wrench flats, which make it ideal for applications where adjustment or removal once the nut is in place is undesirable.

Tapered Nut

Tapered Nuts are used with our #651 closed body barrel to jam the turnbuckle and adjustable fork heads.

Washer

Washers are available in a variety of sizes. We recommend using washers with any of our adjustment nuts to protect the finish on your projects.

Nylon Washer

Nylon Washers are used to separate dissimilar metals from each other and prevent corrosion.

Grommets

Grommets are used to separate dissimilar metals from each other and to minimize the movement of a cable in a larger sized opening.

Delta Plate

The Delta Plate is used to join multiple cables and tie bar assemblies together. It is designed for use with fork and eye terminations. Delta plates are available in a variety of sizes and in custom designs.

Double Head Clevis Pin

Double Head Clevis Pins are designed to use with any of our forks. The symmetrically round head at each end offers a cleaner look than standard clevis pins which use a cotter key to secure it.

Pad Eye

The Pad Eye is a termination that is used to attach forks, shackles and thimble eyes.

Eye Nut

The Eye Nut is a forged eye with internal threads. It can thread directly onto any standard wall anchor or threaded rod using UNC threads. It is used to terminate forks, shackles and thimble eyes.

All Thread Rod

The All Thread Rod is available in a variety of sizes in both UNF and UNC threads. It is available in lengths of up to 6' or can be cut to size for custom applications.

Dual Thread Screw

The Dual Thread Screw is designed for use with our threaded rod turnbuckle. The machine thread screws into the turnbuckle body and the lag thread screws into a terminating point.

Angled Washer for Flat Post

The Angled Washer for Flat Post is used for staircase applications to compensate for the angle between the vertical baluster and the cable assembly.

Countersunk Angled Washer for Flat Post

The Countersunk Angled Washer for Flat Post is designed to suit stemballs and stemball turnbuckles and is used to compensate for the angle between the vertical baluster and the cable assembly.

Angled Washer for Round Post

The Angled Washer for Round Post is used for staircase applications to compensate for the angle between the vertical baluster and the cable assembly.

Countersunk Standoff for Flat Post

The Countersunk Standoff for Flat Post is designed to suit stemballs and stemball turnbuckles and is used to enclose or hide a terminating end, such as a stemball or ball nut.

Cable Clamp

The Cable Clamp is used to form an eye at the end of a flexible cable. A thimble should be used to reinforce the eye and prevent chaffing. Use only with flexible cable.

Nicopress Sleeve

Nicopress Sleeves are used to form eyes at the end of a flexible cable. These must be pressed on the cable with a machine or a hand crimp tool. A thimble should be used to reinforce the eye and prevent chaffing.

Thimble

A Thimble should be used to reinforce an eye at the end of a flexible cable. Thimbles are available in various sizes, including larger sizes upon request.

Long "D" Shackle

These shackles are used to attach cable and tie bar assemblies to a terminal point and can be used with forks, eyes or thimble eyes.

Wide "D" Shackle

These shackles are used to attach cable and tie bar assemblies to a terminal point and can be used with forks, eyes or thimble eyes.

Snap Shackle

These shackles are designed for use with cable assemblies that need to be removed periodically. They swivel 360 degrees and have a spring loaded release pin.

Pelican Hook

These hooks are designed for use with cable assemblies that need to be removed periodically. They are adjustable and have a spring loaded release pin.

Welded Round Ring

Rings can be used in a variety of applications to join a group of cable assemblies together.

Hand Crimp Swage Tool

Hand Crimp Swage Tools are used for installing smoothline turnbuckles and installing nico press sleeves.

Tension Gauge

A Tension Gauge measures loads within a cable assembly based on deflection.

Thread Locking Fluid

Thread Locking Fluid is recommended on all threaded fittings to prevent unwanted removal.

Anti-Siezing/Anti-Galling Lubricant

This lubricant is recommended for use on all turnbuckles without the aluminum-bronze insert to prevent the threads from locking together under tension.
