System 2100-Tie BarMuch like cable assemblies, the System 2100-Tie Bar's 2100 system is one that is used to classify the tie bar and make assembly as easy as possible. The only thing required to specify a tie bar assembly is the part number of the assembly, the diameter of the bar and the finish. Although you can use any combination of fittings, this is a listing of some of the more typical configurations. The System 2100-TB is threaded at each end of the bar. The threads are available in the right or left hand, and the bar stability and rotation is completed with a flat wrench. This type of bar is available in size 1/4" and 1 3/8". The System 2105-TB is threaded at each end of the bar and uses a turnbuckle for adjustments. Wrench flats are required when stability is needed for turnbuckle adjustments. This bar is available in diameters 1/4" to 1 3/8". The System 2115-TB is threaded at one end of the bar and has a turnbuckle at the opposite end. This bar uses wrench flats to stabilize the bar when the turnbuckle needs adjustment. The bar is available in diameters 1/4" to 1 3/8".
