System 2200-Tie BarSystem 2200-TB: This tie bar system uses adjustable forks at each end of the bar. The forks have an internal right hand and left hand thread. Tension is achieved by rotating the bar between the opposing threads. Bar diameters are available from 1/4 inch through 1 3/8 inches. System 2200-TB was used to support sun shades at the Chico's headquarters in Ft. Myers, Florida. This system was also used as the structural roof support at the RAC Building Bradley Greystoke in Bristol, UK. System 2205-TB: This tie bar system uses non-adjustable forks at the end of the bar, and a turnbuckle is used mid span for adjustment. Wrench flats are provided to stabilize the bar when adjusting the turn-buckle. Bar diameters are available from 1/4 inch through 1 3/8 inches. System 2215-TB: This tie bar system uses a non-adjustable fork at one end and a machined fork turnbuckle at the opposite end for adjustment. Wrench flats are provided to stabilize the bar when adjusting the turnbuckle. Bar diameters are available from 1/4 inch to 1 3/8 inches. This system was used to support the framework on the architectural sculpture at Stag Place in London, England.
