Continuous LED options for railings

Most of our railing systems are compatible with LED lighting and other custom systems can be too. The key to continuous lighting compatibility is our custom track fit top caps. We offer continuous track fit top caps in a  1 1/2″ round profile and a 2″ square profile top cap.  Our continuous lighting is CE/UL listed, ultra strong and available in various weather proof ratings. These strips can be White or RGB+W if your looking for something a little more exciting.

This low voltage lighting is a great way to make your hand rail not just shine but illuminate as well. It provides a clean, modern, yet practical element to your handrail.  We only use the highest quality LEDS and our lights are dimmable, smart home compatible and energy efficient and cutting edge.

Spot LED Railings

Stainless Steel Cable Railing System RP1-2000

The RP1-2000 cable railing system is an all-round profile railing system.

  • The posts are a 2" round profile and they are pre-drilled for cables.
  • The top cap is also a 2" round profile and attaches to the vertical post mechanically so no welding is necessary.
  • The cable infill system consist of (13) horizontal layers of cable for a 42" high rail and (11) layers for a 36" high rail.
  • The cable system is a 3/16" 1×19 dia. cable with adjusters at each end of the cable for tensioning.
  • Lighted rail options available.

This system can be surface mounted, fascia mounted or core drilled. This system is offered in a Type 316 stainless steel for higher corrosion resistance or a Type 304 stainless steel for less corrosive environments. The standard finish is a #4 brushed satin but others finishes are available.

Stainless Steel Vertical Cable Railing System VC1-2000

The VC1-2000 cable railing system is our vertical cable railing system.

  • The vertical post is a 2" × 2" rectangular profile.
  • The horizontal upper and lower posts that the cable attaches to are a 1 1/2" × 1 1/2" square profile.
  • The top cap is a 2" dia. round profile and attaches to the vertical post mechanically so no welding is necessary.
  • The handrail if applicable is designed from a 1 1/2" stainless steel tube.
  • The cable infill system consist of 1/8" dia. 1×19 cable 3" o.c. with a decorative dome head fitting at the upper and an adjustable fitting at the lower end for tensioning.
  • Lighted rail options available.

This system can be surface mounted, fascia mounted or core drilled. The standard finish is a #4 brushed satin but others finishes are available.

This is a welded stainless steel railing system with vertical stainless steel cable infills. The system is designed with options for either bolt in or core drilled cable railing applications.

Stainless Steel Cable Railing System SP1-2000

The SP1-2000 cable railing system is our most popular and cost effective railing system.

  • The posts are a 1 1/2" square profile and they are pre-drilled for cables.
  • The top cap is a 1 1/2" round profile and attaches to the vertical post mechanically so no welding is necessary.
  • The cable infill system consist of (13) horizontal layers of cable for a 42" high rail and (11) layers for a 36" high rail.
  • The cable system is a 3/16" dia. cable with adjusters at each end of the cable for tensioning.
  • Lighted rail option available.

Stainless Steel Cable Railing System FB3-2000

The FB3-2000 cable railing system is a combination of flat bar and round profile railing system. This system is similar to our FB1-2000 except the cables are visible as they pass through the post.

  • The posts consist of (2) 1/2" × 1 1/2" flat bars bridged together by (2) 1/2" × 1 1/2" gusset plates.
  • The top cap is a 1 1/2" round profile and attaches to the vertical post mechanically so no welding is necessary.
  • The cable infill system consist of (13) horizontal layers of cable for a 42" high rail and (11) layers for a 36" high rail.
  • The cable system is a 3/16" 1×19 dia. cable with adjusters at each end of the cable for tensioning.
